The downside of buying a car

I love having a new car. I'm  a new * type of person. I love new stuff. The only downside to buying a new car... well there are two sometimes.

1. Selling the old car. If you can't get the dealer to AT LEAST pay it off, you're then stuck trying to move it ASAP on your own. I just hate that process.
2. Getting the car the way you want it. I know it's possible to go the more expensive easy route and pay the dealer to do it all but that seems silly.

Yesterday was window tinting. a 5.5 hour ordeal of window tinting. What makes it so sucky is I had no ride. Nicole was at work. I was trapped in a shopping center with little to interest me for hours! When I went to go check the car, THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT!!! grrr

That done, today was the 3M clear bra thingamajig. I could have had it put on before getting the car, but that woulda meant waiting two more days for the car, I might have burst a blood vessel in those two days. SO I had to go get it done this morning. Thankfully (and Brian Bushnell of the McDonald AG Collision Center rocks!!!) they were done in just an hour. I was shocked, and impressed and mostly just really happy.

So now I have a nice dark interior not getting sun backed. and the front of the car is protected from chips (I hope)

Ahhhh.....
